Tuition Rates & Terms for 2008-2009

Tuition Deposit: A tuition deposit of $100 must accompany all new and re-enrollments. This deposit will be deducted from the first month’s tuition payment. Should the child not attend GSCA the tuition deposit is non-refundable. Admissions Testing: Initial enrollments in grades 1-8 will be subject to an admissions test to best determine placement. Student Insurance/Standardized Tests: A $25 fee per student will be required each year to cover the direct costs of student insurance and standardized tests. Registration Fee: New enrollees will be charged a one-time $75 registration fee. Multiple Child Discount: Families with multiple children enrolled at GSCA will receive a 5% discount on annual tuition per child for the second, third, fourth child, etc. Tuition Waiver for Pastors: Ordained pastors serving full time will receive a 50% tuition waiver for a maximum of two children. Payment in Full Discount: Families who pay their annual tuition by June 30, 2008 will receive a $100.00 discount per child. Tuition Assistance: Applications for tuition assistance must be received by June 1, 2008. Forms may be obtained in the school office. Late Payments: Payments are due on the 1st of each month. Any payment received after the 15th of the month due will incur a $20 late fee. Returned Checks: There will be a $15 charge for all returned tuition checks. GSCA does not accept post-dated checks. Account Status: Because GSCA depends entirely on tuition payments for operating funds, accounts must be kept current. If an account reaches 61 days past due, the student may be suspended from attendance at GSCA until the account is satisfied. Re-enrollments will not be accepted if the current year’s tuition account is past due. Other Costs: Tuition does not include milk/lunch orders, gym and/or school uniforms, field trips, pictures/yearbooks or before and after school care. Download tuition info (PDF format)
